Europe Travel & Expense Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Europe Travel & Expense Operations Manager (m/f/d) based in Germany (Stuttgart preferred) to join our Finance Operations team. This person will play a key role in building the travel and expense department to manage the growing scale. As the Europe Travel & Expense Operations Manager, you will have a passion for communication,  travel and expense management as well as working with the businesses at all levels to ensure a high level of service.

Your tasks

• Work with HI Global Team to Implement Concur T&E reporting for HI European subsidiaries
• Manage travel and expense reporting in compliance with internal expense reimbursement policies
• Operationalization of global standardized travel and expense processes
• Ensure accurate and timely reimbursement of employee travel expenses
• Provide T&E support to Senior Management such as visa support to travelers for international travel, including preparation of required travel documentation.
• Management of Concur system master data
• Perform day-to-day function in accordance with standardized T&E desktop procedures, T&E help desk and metrics
• Build key relationships with end users and internal stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities to help to improve operation management efficiency
• Other tasks and projects assigned by the Manager
