Regional Sales Manager

Basic Requirements:
•    Associates degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
•    Minimum of three (3) years of engineering, service, and/or sales of highly technical equipment 

Great to Haves:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
•    Minimum of five (5) years of engineering, service, and/or sales of highly technical equipment
•    Microsoft Office applications, ERP Systems: QAD and SAP and GSS or related Customer Relations System
•    Bi-lingual capabilities in either German or Spanish
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as mechanical drawings, technical documentations, and operation manuals 
•    Ability to write clear and concise routine correspondence as well as comprehensive documents (service agreements, studies, proposals)
•    Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the company
•    Ability to work independently, define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
•    Ability to multi-task and manage several projects/initiatives simultaneously 
•    Ability to work and travel in excess of normal business hours/days as required by duties
