Internship Project
The Rotex Engineering Internship offers an immersion in the exciting and challenging Engineering field within a global manufacturing environment. The intern will be entrusted with a project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship in product design or new product development.

Required Degree/Skills/Experiences:

1.    Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related major

2.    Proficiency with Microsoft Office

3.    Strong written and verbal communication skills

4.    Ability to simplify and communicate complex data

5.    Positive attitude and strong desire to learn


Preferred Degree/Skills/Experiences:

1.    Basic knowledge of CAD and SolidWorks

2.    Prior experience with process improvement

3.    Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills


Key Learning/Intentional Development:

1.    Understand engineering processes and practices within product design or development by working on a project that you own, lead, and execute


2.    Experience a global manufacturing environment
